StreetSocietyz Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

StreetSocietyz will process and package orders after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other circumstances. Customers will receive shipping information or tracking details when available.

2. Shipping

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to transport and deliver the package.

StreetSocietyz is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received when these issues are caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Tracking Information

When tracking information is provided, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment through the applicable shipping carrier.

Tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been shipped.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

StreetSocietyz is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.

StreetSocietyz may assist with providing available order or tracking information when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages affected by the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

7. No Refunds or Returns

All StreetSocietyz sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to shipping delays or other carrier-related issues.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
